OA-7 Orbital ATK SS John Glenn

At the Kennedy Space Center in Florida, Orbital ATK’s Cygnus cargo spacecraft undergoes final processing inside the Payload Hazardous Servicing Facility. Following encapsulation inside the fairing, the cargo freighter will travel to launch complex 41 where it will be hoisted atop an United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket. The spacecraft, christened the S.S. John Glenn, paying tribute to the first American to orbit the Earth, is scheduled to launch to the International Space Station on March 21st.
